Halloween

October 29, 2004:
Halloween Celebration

We celebrated Halloween by dressing up in costume and parading around the playground. Our new Student Council Officers (Co-Presidents Enzo & Madeline, Vice President Rose, Co-Recorders Foster & Shannon, and Historian Nicole) organized the parade and announced the classes. This year the Barron Park staff decided to be college boosters.
November 2004:
New Barron Park Bees Shirt

On November 1st all Barron Park students were invited to draw a bee to appear on the new Barron Park T-shirt. The Student Council Officers selected six bees to represent the six grade levels at Barron Park.

There were many students and adults wearing crazy hats or strange hair styles at school today.

February 4, 2005—100th Day of School
We did many activities with 100 to celebrate the 100th day of school. Many students donated 100 pennies to buy honeybees for needy families around the world. We raised $96.68, enough to buy 3 hives of honeybees.
