School Lunch
This year children must order their choice of lunch each morning by
8:45 AM in their classrooms. Whether they
have money deposited on line, bring cash or a check, or qualify
for free or reduced price lunch, all
children must indicate their choice of lunch in the morning. Once they
do that, the lunch is ordered. If your child is coming late to
school, please make sure he or she has a lunch from home or else
call the office by 8:40 AM to order a lunch
for him or her. If you have any questions, please call PAUSD Food Services
at 329-3720.
School-Parent Partnership
One of the things that make Barron Park Elementary School special is
that parents and teachers share the goal of creating a wonderful
and supportive school experience. Just as we want our children to
treat each other considerately, we encourage parents and teachers
at Barron Park to strive for an atmosphere of mutual respect. For
many, joining a public elementary school community is a new experience.
It takes time to learn how the system works, and each school community is a
little different. Understanding our children’s academic and social development
in the classroom and on the playground can be an enormous challenge. The Barron
Park Site Council created this School-Parent Partnership to
provide guidance to parents and staff on working effectively together.
